Carrie Boyle
Ms. Boyle focuses her practice primarily on bankruptcy and debt management related areas of law. She is experienced in matters concerning bankruptcy chapter 7, chapter 11 and chapter 13. She has helped numerous people save their homes, manage their debt, and get a fresh start towards a new financial future. Additionally, she has successfully reorganized companies both in bankruptcy and outside of bankruptcy.
Ms. Boyle represents clients in a wide range of matters for various parties that find themselves involved in bankruptcy whether as a debtor, creditor, party in interest, purchaser of assets, or avoidance action defendant.
Ms. Boyle was appointed to the District of New Jersey Bankruptcy Court’s Lawyers Advisory Committee by the Chief Judge of the Bankruptcy Court where she served as a member of the Consumer Practice Subcommittee and was the Chairperson of the Newsletter Subcommittee that publishes the Bankruptcy Court’s newsletter. Additionally, Ms. Boyle served as the Co-chair of the Camden County Bar Association Debtor-Creditor Subcommittee and is a member of the steering committee for the Rutgers Law School Pro Bono Bankruptcy Project. Through her professional associations, Ms. Boyle regularly plans and presents at legal seminars throughout the state.
Ms. Boyle is licensed to practice law in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania in addition to the Federal District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a 1999 Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a 2008 graduate of Rutgers University Law School in Camden.
