Anthony Valenti
Mr. Valenti is a South Jersey native who grew up in Evesham Township. He is active in the community both as an attorney and as a volunteer. He is a strong advocate for his clients, both litigation and transactional, seeking fair outcomes that focus on their goals and objectives.

Mr. Valenti attended Cherokee High School before pursuing his BA in Accounting at LaSalle University, Philadelphia, PA in 1985. Upon his graduation, Mr. Valenti spent several years in the business world rising to the position of Controller and Director of Contracts for a privately-held government contractor working principally with the Department of Defense and Federal Aviation Administration.

Early on in his working career, Mr. Valenti became interested in a legal career, enjoying the intellectual challenges and personal relationships it would allow him to develop. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law in Delaware in 1991.

For over 25 years, Mr. Valenti has served clients in a broad range of legal areas. His primary focus is litigation, but he also represents clients in business, corporate and commercial matters and transactions. He benefits from a wide range of litigation and transactional experience including, but not limited to business and commercial related transactions and litigation; labor and employment matters and litigation; corporate and business formations; contract preparation and review; municipal court matters, personal injury matters and matrimonial and family law matters.

He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Valenti was previously a shareholder of three other law firms before forming Boyle & Valenti Law, P.C. including the firm’s of Cureton Clark, P.C., Caplan, Valenti & Murray, P.C. and McDowell Posternock Apell & Detrick. Mr. Valenti began his legal career as Law Clerk to former Judge, the Honorable Charles R. Previti, of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Atlantic County.
Mr. Valenti is a member of the New Jersey State Bar and several local Bar Associations.
